At the end of April, we are planning to have a photographer here at the studio to take pictures of the lessons. These pictures will be for use on the website as well as other marketing tools. If you would not like your picture taken, please let us know in advance. We will ask for individual permission before any pictures are used. The photographer may also be present at the recital.
If anyone is interested or knows someone who is interested in being the photographer, please let Steve know. The photographer has not yet been hired.

The spring recital is almost here. We would like to strongly encourage all of our students to participate. For those of you who are unfamiliar with recitals, they are a great opportunity to perform for a non-judgemental audience besides your own family. We know it's scary. We've all done it too. But when you perform something you've been working hard at, like this, it's a great feeling of accomplishment and a boost to your self-esteem, not to mention the extra practice you get for other things like school presentations. Even if you decide not to play in the recital, you're still welcome to attend and listen to your fellow students. Bring your friends and family and enjoy the performances.
The recital will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on April 30th. The address for the church is 615 Baseline Rd. E. There will be two recital times. The first recital will begin at 4:00pm sharp and the second will begin at 6:00pm and both recitals will be approximately 1 hour length. We would like to ask that all performers arrive at least 10 minutes before the recital starts so that they can be seated according to the program order. We will be on a very tight schedule, so it is possible that late arrivals could miss their cue. Please let us know as soon as possible which recital you would like to be in so that we can plan ahead and accommodate everyone's requests.
