Some of you may have noticed the Sunfest poster hanging in the waiting room. If you don't already have plans to check out the event, we would strongly encourage you to go. Sunfest has very talented and unique musicians from all over the world and it's a great opportunity to hear different types of music you might not normally listen to. Those of you who write music might even get some god ideas about how those musicians have written their songs.
So go check it out if you can and enjoy some fun in the sun!
Change to Payment Policy
Effective September 2016, we will no longer use pre-authorized debit as a payment option. Instead, all students who have not provided a credit card to be kept on file will be required to provide post-dated cheques in intervals of 4 months at a time. The due date for post-dated cheques will be the 20th of the month prior to the month for which lessons are being paid. For example, for the month of September, cheques must be dated August 20th. This will give us enough time to process the cheques and resolve any problems before the month begins to ensure there are no disruptions.
Additionally, for those who pay by credit card each month, the due date will be changed to the last day of the month prior to the month for which lessons are being paid. For example, September lessons will now be charged to the credit card on file on August 31st unless payment is received by another method ahead of that day.
These changes to our payment policy will be strictly observed and lessons will be suspended as a precaution if payments are late. We regret having to make these changes, but they are necessary to maintain smooth operation and to ensure that both students as well as teachers are treated fairly. If you have questions or concerns, we would be happy to address them.
